Robin Hood Property Limited is a small company that owns and manages its own rental property in Nottingham. We're not a letting agent and we don't manage homes for anyone else. We look after our own, and we've done so since 2019.

How we work
Because we own the homes we rent out, there's no middleman:
- Clear tenancy agreements and straightforward onboarding
- Simple maintenance reporting through the tenant portal
- Repairs decided by us, not a call centre
Our standard of service
We aim to respond within 24 hours, prioritise emergencies, and keep tenants informed at every step. Because we own the homes as well as manage them, repair decisions don't wait on anyone else.
Who's behind it
Harry founded Robin Hood Property in 2019 and runs it day to day. He also writes about what he's learned as a landlord; much of it ends up as the guides on our blog.
